ACCREDITATION AND ENTRY PRICES

We have now launched the accreditation for the Winter Film Seminar 4 Elements. This year for the first time, we are cooperating with Inviton, a tool for online presale of tickets and permanent passes.

The price for your 5^th Winter Film Seminar 4 Elements accreditation purchased via the accreditation system is €12. When buying the tickets at the door, the price is €15. You can buy the accreditation simply via the Inviton portal and choose between various payment methods: bank transfer (till February 22, 2016), payment card, or internet banking (both till February 24, 2016). We DO NOT refund the accreditation, but you can pass it to the other participant. You can then exchange the ticket purchased via Inviton for a ticket wristband in the accreditation centre located on the first floor of Kino Akademik in Banská Štiavnica. For the duration of the event, the office will be at your service always 30 minutes before the first screening and 30 minutes after the last screening starts. The audience capacity is 120 seats. We will keep you updated on the number of the remaining seats. The price for individual screenings in Kino Akademik and the Amfiteáter is €3,5. Other events in the remaining venues are admission free.

EVENT RULES & REGULATIONS

The accreditation allows you to attend all of the screenings and accompanying events. We kindly ask the accredited attendees to the kino Akademik screenings to come at least 10 minutes prior to the showing; otherwise, we cannot ensure your entry.

Attendees without accreditation can purchase their tickets for individual screenings and events 10 minutes before their start at earliest.

The screenings labelled KinObývačka will take place in previously registered homes around Banská Štiavnica. These can only be attended by the guests who had been invited by the homeowners.

You may not bring any glass or glass bottles to any of the festival events.

Bringing a dog to the Kino Akademik screening room is forbidden. 

ACCOMODATION

Due to organisational and capacity reasons, 4 Elements will not offer the possibility of accommodation booking via the accreditation system this year. However, you can book your accommodation in the “Scouthouse” (Hostel St Juraj) via phone or the facility’s website until full capacity. If you are looking for accommodation, there are several facilities in Banská Štiavnica to choose from.
